Judo teaches us how to use our body and mind energy in the highest and most appropriate way, allowing us to use all our strength for one and the same purpose at a given time. This rule applies not only to Judo, but to all aspects of life.
Judo as a sport is practiced in all seasons of the year. It is not a dangerous sport, and there is no harm in doing it by old men, women, small children and girls.
